3) Having meat 5-6 ounces a day or 3 ounce serving in size and thickness of a deck of cards.

4) You need to have low-fat or fat-free dairy products. An adult drinks at least 3 cups of milk everyday.

You may feel stressed out and frustrated or isolated, that is because the activities in the family are restricted.
