They can&#8217;t predict when or where an attack will occur, and in between episodes, worry needlessly about when it will occur next.</p>
<p>People who have full-blown, repeated <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/recommends/PanicAway" style="color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='panic';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">panic</a> attacks can become very disabled by their condition. For example, if a <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/recommends/PanicAway" style="color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='panic';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">panic</a> attack happened in an elevator, someone with panic disorder may develop a fear of elevators that could affect the choice of a job or an apartment, and restrict where that person can seek medical attention or enjoy entertainment.</p>
<p>Some people&#8217;s lives become so restricted that they avoid normal activities, such as grocery shopping or driving. About one-third become housebound or are able to confront a feared situation only when accompanied by a spouse or other trusted person.</p>
<p>This is unfortunate, because panic attack is one of the most treatable of all the <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/recommends/anxietyfreetoday" style="color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='anxiety';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">anxiety</a> disorders. In fact, the <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/tag/cure" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with cure">cure</a> to panic attack is with you all along.</p>
<p>Yes, the secret to stop panic attack is&#8230;stopping your fear! The <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/tag/cure" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with cure">cure</a> is yourself. Only you can stop your own fear!</p>
<p>Remember this fact, panic attack can do you no real harm. This is a fact which most people don&#8217;t realize. They think are they stuck with some deadly symptoms, which results in their irrational fear of having panic attack.</p>
<p>Their heart is racing and they think they are having a heart attack, but a racing thumping heart rate is not a sure sign of a heart attack or cardiac arrest. Just as chest pain during panic does not mean you are having a heart attack.</p>
<p>Shortness of breath is not a sure sign of suffocation. Dizziness is not a sure sign of an imminent faint.</p>
<p>Despite all these &#8220;deadly symptoms&#8221;, what happens when panic attack subside eventually? Your will ALWAYS be fine. NOTHING will happen. No heart attack, no suffocation, no fainting, no dieing. This is the prove!</p>
<p>Despite everything your body symptoms are telling you, they will ALWAYS subside in time and on their own accord.</p>

<p><span id="more-1941"></span></p>
<p>During the very first <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/recommends/PanicAway" style="color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='panic';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">panic</a> attack, the shock of having one can leave a very lasting experience on the person. In fact, it can be so traumatizing that the person will associate the panic attack with the activity or place and start to AVOID that situation. Needless to say, panic attack never does go away and the person continue to re-live the experience again and again.</p>
<p>They avoid things that trigger their attack. They avoid places that trigger their attack. Eventually, the “avoid list” grows larger and larger until they avoid going out altogether. </p>
<p>Even then, does the panic attack goes away? </p>
<p>This is the main problem – avoiding the problem. Ask yourself this question, why do you avoid panic attack? Because you FEAR it will happen again. <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/tag/panic" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with Panic">Panic</a> attack strikes due to this FEAR. If you do not fear it, panic attack cannot happen.</p>
<p>Avoidance stems from fear. When your are fearful of something, you avoid it.</p>
<p>You fear getting burned, you avoid playing with fire.<br />You fear getting cut, you avoid playing with knives.<br />You fear getting bitten by a dog, you avoid going near it.</p>
<p>You fear dieing during a panic attack, you avoid triggering it. WRONG!</p>
<p>The reason why many sufferers fear panic attack comes from this misconception of dieing. They have difficulty in breathing; they feel dizzy; they feel like having a heart attack; they think they are dieing. These symptoms are real &#8211; they are not imagined in your mind. BUT, they CANNOT kill you, its a proven medical fact. You will not die or even be maimed from them &#8211; despite how awful you may feel at the time.</p>
<p>Do not fear panic attack&#8230;and certainly, do not avoid it.</p>

<p><span id="more-1859"></span></p>
<p>&#13;<br />
Talk about confusing! You could be minding your own business, going about your life when&#8230;WHAM!</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
When <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/recommends/PanicAway" style="color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='panic';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">panic</a> strikes, it&#8217;s all too easy to get caught up in trying to figure out what caused to attack in the first place. But actually, this is probably the least productive thing you can do. Why? <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/tag/panic" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with Panic">Panic</a> <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/tag/attacks" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with attacks">attacks</a> themselves are not the real problem, but only a symptom of the real problem.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
I&#8217;ve coached enough <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/tag/panic-attack-sufferers" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with panic attack sufferers">panic attack sufferers</a> to know that panic and <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/recommends/anxietyfreetoday" style="color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='anxiety';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">anxiety</a> <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/tag/attacks" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with attacks">attacks</a> don&#8217;t happen &#8220;in a vacuum.&#8221; </p>
<p>&#13;<br />
Whenever someone is dealing with these problems, my mind immediately turns to, &#8220;what else is going on in your life?&#8221; Because even though panic <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/tag/attacks" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with attacks">attacks</a> may appear to come out of nowhere, they are always a symptom of a larger issue in your life.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
<a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/tag/panic" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with Panic">Panic</a> and <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/recommends/anxietyfreetoday" style="color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='anxiety';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">anxiety</a> represent an imbalance in your life, and very often this imbalance is based on unreleased anger and/or resentment. Sometimes the anger is directed at a family member or spouse, but just as often, the anger is actually directed inward.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
I recently coached someone who reminded me how widespread this problem is (and if they read this, I hope they&#8217;ll forgive me using this example). Anger directed inward (on the &#8220;self&#8221;) causes all sorts of life-problems: depression, generalized anxiety, panic attacks, relationship problems, and many others.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
Anger and resentment turned inward can be devastating, robbing us of initiative, healthy self esteem and acceptance. None of us can afford to go through life that way; it extracts a great toll on both body and mind.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
It&#8217;s not difficult to find out how you really feel about yourself. Just ask this question: &#8220;What reason do I have to feel hateful or resentful toward myself?&#8221; If any answer comes to mind, You&#8217;ve got some work to do.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
&#8220;Admit It And Forget It&#8221;</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
To move past this anger and resentment, you will need to resolve the conflict. If there is anything you have done in the past that is &#8220;haunting&#8221; you, apologize to yourself for it, and then let it go. </p>
<p>&#13;<br />
The past is gone, and it ain&#8217;t coming back (at least not anytime soon). So make peace with yourself about past transgressions. If you were wrong, admit it and forget it.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
Other times, you&#8217;re not angry because of anything you have done, but because you have (inadvertently) been &#8220;programmed&#8221; to be hyper-judgemental of yourself. And nine times out of ten, it&#8217;s because a parent has been over-judgemental and withheld acceptance. </p>
<p>&#13;<br />
By establishing this pattern early in a child&#8217;s life, the parent practically sets up the child for self-hatred and failure.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
If that sounds like a lousy thing to do to someone, I completely agree. But here&#8217;s the kicker: almost no parent does this on purpose. It&#8217;s extremely rare for a parent like this to even be aware of the damage they are doing. They&#8217;re not &#8220;evil,&#8221; they&#8217;re just not perfect parents, and there is a BIG difference.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
I don&#8217;t mention any of this to &#8220;beat up&#8221; on parents. Most parents are good at the job&#8211;but not all. That&#8217;s simply a fact of life. </p>
<p>&#13;<br />
When a child grows up in this kind of environment, they only have one recourse (but luckily it is a powerful one). They must give themselves the unconditional love and acceptance they want and deserve, and refuse to waste any more time seeking these things from the parent (or anyone else for that matter).</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
What we&#8217;re talking about here is self-love (no, not the naughty kind&#8211;get your mind out of the gutter!). Real self-love and acceptance; NOT conceit, not arrogance or narcissism, but a healthy respect for both your strengths and weaknesses.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
I recommend the following simple exercise: single out the one thing you consider to be your biggest weakness. Then make it a point to love that weakness as if it were a long, lost brother. This may not come easily at first, but you certainly CAN do it!</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
And when you can love your greatest weakness, even a little, you are well on your way to healthy self-respect and acceptance.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
As you begin to make peace with yourself, those strange and annoying symptoms (like panic attacks) will become less and less a part of your life. As a side benefit, you will notice that the more you learn to love and accept yourself, the better your relationships with others will be.</p>

<p>
<p>It&#8217;s a good idea to get yourself checked out by a physician if you think you&#8217;ve experienced a panic attack so you can rule out any other medical condition you may have. Also, by immediately seeing a physician, you can set yourself on a much quicker path to recovery.</p>
<p>
<p>While <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/tag/coping" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with coping">coping</a> with panic attacks, try exercising daily after getting medical clearance from your doctor, even if it means merely walking fifteen minutes a day.</p>
<p>
<p>If you smoke, consider quitting altogether; this is a known trigger for many <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/tag/panic-attack-sufferers" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with panic attack sufferers">panic attack sufferers</a>.</p>
<p>
<p>Make time to relax yourself. You don&#8217;t have to resort to meditation or yoga if you don&#8217;t want to. A great way to do this is to close your eyes on your lunch break with a little soft music, and visualizing yourself in a safe, serene place, such as a brook, a distant waterfall, a beautiful landscape, etc.</p>
<p>
<p>Educate your loved ones on what is occurring if they don&#8217;t already know; what you are going through is very real, and ultimately the best cure will come from within your very own mind!</p>

<p><span id="more-1792"></span></p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>The problem with <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/recommends/PanicAway" style="color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='panic';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">panic</a> attacks is that they can happen anywhere and at any time. NOTHING about <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/recommends/PanicAway" style="color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='panic';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">panic</a> attacks follows any logical rules. You can be stressed and still be fine; you can be relaxed and suddenly get one.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>An employee can lose their confidence, perhaps under performs and also become extremely self-conscious of what their co-workers might be thinking. </p>
<p><b><a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/tag/panic" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with Panic">Panic</a> <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/tag/attack" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with Attack">Attack</a> Sufferers Guard Their &#8216;Secret&#8217;</b></p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>This is why panic attack sufferers want to keep this private and hope their &#8216;secret&#8217; is never known. A panic attack can make this incredibly difficult. There may be an urge to escape. </p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p><a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/tag/panic" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with Panic">Panic</a> attacks can lead to panic disorder, which can lead to agoraphobia. This could result in being absent from <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/tag/work" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with work">work</a> or worse, even lead to becoming unemployed.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Sufferers will go to extreme lengths to conceal their secret and will even resort to lying and making up excuses. This may eventually catch up with them and they may be let go.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>This is why it is VERY important to do something about the problem, because, as mentioned, one problem can so easily lead to other problems, including depression.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>It is a treatable condition, but it will require <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/tag/work" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with work">work</a>. Only by working at the problem and practicing will you eventually get better. There are things that can also reduce the frequency and intensity of attacks.</p>
<p><b>Conventional And Alternative Treatments Do Work</b></p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Taking medication along with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is very helpful. CBT requires your active participation, so be prepared to face the challenges. </p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>There are many drugs available today, so one will be right for you. If something doesn&#8217;t <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/tag/work" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with work">work</a>, tell your doctor so that you can go onto something else. There are many other treatment options too.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p><a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/recommends/PanicAway" style="color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='panic away';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''"><a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/tag/panic" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with Panic">Panic</a> Away</a> and The Linden Method are two drug-free programs created by ex-sufferers. Thousands have used their programs to overcome their issues and live normally and free of fear.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>If you&#8217;ve postponed looking for help but then suffered a panic attack at work, it&#8217;s time you did something. There&#8217;s no reason to keep suffering because you can get better.</p>

<p><span id="more-1779"></span></p>
<p>In the long run, physicians are also aware that there are many possible side effects associated with taking medications. It is far too easy for a panic <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/tag/attacks" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with attacks">attacks</a> sufferer to become totally reliant on, if not addicted to, antidepressants.</p>
<p>The only actual <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/tag/cures" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with cures">cures</a> for panic <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/tag/attacks" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with attacks">attacks</a> are ones that are natural. The cure lies in the mind of each panic attack sufferer; they control what their mind is thinking, what and how they feel in the presence of a threatening situation, and they are the only ones who can eventually control whether they suffer panic <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/tag/attacks" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with attacks">attacks</a> or not.</p>
<p>There are two proven systems out on the market which can help people achieve their goals of ridding themselves from panic <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/tag/attacks" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with attacks">attacks</a> once and for all, and they are; <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/recommends/PanicAway" style="color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='panic away';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''"><a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/tag/panic" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with Panic">Panic</a> Away</a> and The Linden Method.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/recommends/PanicAway" style="color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='panic away';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''"><a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/tag/panic" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with Panic">Panic</a> Away</a> uses what&#8217;s called the &#8220;One Move&#8221; technique which is supposed to end the vicious panic attack cycle and remove your general <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/recommends/anxietyfreetoday" style="color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='anxiety';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">anxiety</a> levels without having to resort to medications or even relaxation techniques.</p>
<p>The Linden Method talks about reversing the effects of an organ within the brain called &#8220;Amygdala&#8221; in order to permanently get rid of panic attacks.</p>
<p>Each method has gained worldwide attention and has helped thousands of sufferers end their panic attacks and disorders throughout the world.</p>
<p>Both <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/tag/panic" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with Panic">Panic</a> away and The Linden Method are very effective, and are potentially the best <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/tag/cures" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with cures">cures</a> for panic attacks for anyone interested in using a time-tested, proven system.</p>

One of the main causes of frequent panic <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/tag/attacks" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with attacks">attacks</a> can in some cases be the excess consumption of alcohol. A person can dwell on the unwanted stressors in their life as a result of alcohol which will trigger their panics. The likelihood of panic <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/tag/attacks" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with attacks">attacks</a> are increased as well as their strength due to alcohol which is something sufferers want to avoid.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
Will Just One Drink Hurt?</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
Many wonder how bad the relationship is between alcohol and panic <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/tag/attacks" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with attacks">attacks</a>. They wonder if only one drink will effect them. The answer is no it won&#8217;t. Thos who suffer from frequent panic <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/tag/attacks" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with attacks">attacks</a> aren&#8217;t completely disallowed from drinking alcohol. What panic sufferers should do is drink alcohol to excess or abuse it. It isn&#8217;t a bad idea to have a drink or two to relax yourself, but problems will arise if you taking drinking too far. Increased panic attacks will result from an excessive abuse of alcohol. The simple solution for individuals is to drink less.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
It will become apparent to a person what they must do once they understand the relationship between alcohol and panic attacks. Every has a different drinking threshold and limit. You should learn your limit and don&#8217;t go over it. The limit will begin to become natural for those who suffer from chronic panic attacks. All panic sufferers know that the attacks are unpleasant and an extra drink isn&#8217;t worth it.</p>

<p>As the attack is occurring, people with <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/recommends/PanicAway" style="color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='panic';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">panic</a> attack may also feel chilled or flushed. In fact, they may also have the feelings of numbness or tingling in their hands as well as nausea and pain in the chest.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p> </p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Mentally, the sufferer will also feel a sense of unreality and impending doom. They are also afraid of losing control.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p> </p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>In fact, people who suffer from <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/recommends/PanicAway" style="color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='panic';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">panic</a> <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/tag/attacks" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with attacks">attacks</a> are usually quite worried about those physical symptoms mentioned above. <p>&#13;</p>
<p> </p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>It is normal for people suffering from panic disorder to think that they are having a heart attack and that they are going to die very soon. They may also think they are going to lose their mind.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p> </p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>What makes things worse is that there is no fix time for panic attack to occur. It can happen at anytime and anywhere. Therefore, the sufferer can never predict when the next attack is going to happen.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p> </p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>It can happen when they are at home. It can happen when they are sleeping. It can happen when they are attending a meeting. It can also happen when they are driving.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p> </p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Due to the unpredictability of a panic attack, sufferers are usually worried about when the next attack will occur. The reason for this worry is because while it is alright for the attack to happen at home, it can be extremely embarrassing or even dangerous when the panic attack occurs during a meeting or when he/she is driving. </p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p> </p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Fortunately, panic disorder can be treated successfully. If you suspect you are having a panic disorder, do not delay and seek treatment as soon as possible.</p>

One of the biggest problems that people face is the vicious cycle of the &#8220;Fear of Having another <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/tag/panic" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with Panic">Panic</a> or <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/recommends/anxietyfreetoday" style="color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='anxiety';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">Anxiety</a> <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/tag/attack" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with Attack">Attack</a>&#8220;. <p>If this is not your first <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/recommends/PanicAway" style="color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='panic';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">panic</a> attack then I`m sure you know what`s going on. The symptoms of <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/recommends/PanicAway" style="color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='panic';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">panic</a> attacks are very similar to the ones that occur in heart attacks. But, the truth is that you are probably just thinking you are having a heart attack and not actually having one, in most of the cases they are <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/recommends/PanicAway" style="color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='panic';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">panic</a> attacks and not heart attacks, if you previously have not been diagnoses with any heart diseases.</p>
<p><span id="more-1683"></span></p>
<p>Medical care is always needed in such situations, however there are natural <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/recommends/anxietyfreetoday" style="color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='anxiety';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">anxiety</a> treatments available. Really medication is not highly recommended by most skilled practitioners for only one good reason: <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/recommends/anxietyfreetoday" style="color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='anxiety';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">Anxiety</a> medication will only reduce your anxiety and not cure it.</p>
<p><strong>Are panic attacks treatable?</strong></p>
<p>The horrible fear that another panic attack might hit, is basically what triggers the panic attacks. In the moment you`ll be able to control your emotions, overcome your fears, become more confident. you are on the right way to recovery.</p>
<p>I advise anyone suffering from anxiety to try the different natural anxiety treatments and techniques to cure themselves. This alternative approach lets you treat the root cause of your anxiety instead of only reducing the symptoms of anxiety. You are always free to combine the both, natural anxiety cures and medication. Overcoming panic attacks naturally will even protect you against the bad side-effects of medication which are also highly addictive substances.</p>
<p>Conclusion: It is important to seek for help and overcome your panic attacks naturally, especially when medication is no good. In fact it can be done effectively naturally, thousands of formal anxiety and <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/tag/panic-attack-sufferers" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with panic attack sufferers">panic attack sufferers</a> have made it, and I`m sure they are nothing special. So can you!</p>

There ARE differences though.</p>
<p><span id="more-1669"></span></p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>In fact, the right treatment for you will be based on these differences. This will help you to respond much better to treatment and help you recover much quicker.</p>
<p><b>What&#8217;s The Difference Between A <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/recommends/PanicAway" style="color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='panic';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''"><a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/tag/panic" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with Panic">Panic</a></a> <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/tag/attack" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with Attack">Attack</a> And An <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/recommends/anxietyfreetoday" style="color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='anxiety';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">Anxiety</a> <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/tag/attack" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with Attack">Attack</a>?</b></p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>A couple of major differences between panic and <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/recommends/anxietyfreetoday" style="color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='anxiety';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">anxiety</a> attacks are the duration and intensity of these attacks. <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/tag/panic" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with Panic">Panic</a> attacks can be sudden, fast and severe and generally last for a short time. </p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>A panic attack can hit you without any warning, or, out of the blue. There may not be an apparent reason. It affects your body as well as your mind. It can also lead to agoraphobia.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Anxiety attacks builds up gradually, last longer and is not as intense. It can be caused by excessive worry about everything, particularly about your life. This anxiety can get out of hand and cause physical sensations as well.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Another major difference is to do with that PRECISE moment. A panic attack makes you scared about what is happening to you and your body at that very moment and is not because of worrying about events in your life.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>That&#8217;s why, most <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/tag/panic-attack-sufferers" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with panic attack sufferers">panic attack sufferers</a> rush to the emergency room, because they think they&#8217;re having a heart attack or that something else is physically wrong with them.</p>
<p><b>Differences In Treatment: Anxiety <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/tag/attack" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with Attack">Attack</a> Vs <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/tag/panic" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with Panic">Panic</a> <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/tag/attack" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with Attack">Attack</a></b></p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Though the medications used may generally be the same, for panic attacks, it&#8217;s best to start at a lower dose. There may also be a difference as far as therapy is concerned.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Cognitive behavioral therapy is helpful for panic attacks and teaches you not to be afraid of what your body is feeling and that it&#8217;s not harmful. There may be some form of exposure therapy.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>For anxiety, the focus may be on relaxation techniques to calm the anxious thoughts. This is also good for <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/tag/panic-attack-sufferers" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with panic attack sufferers">panic attack sufferers</a> as learning to relax will help in a difficult situation.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>The bottom line is that both panic and anxiety are treatable and the outcome is generally very good. Stay positive and motivated and you&#8217;re well on your way to recovery.</p>
