recently started having panic attacks.
My boyfriend told me it was over and I couldn’t breathe and started shaking and other of the standard symptoms.
I’m only a teenager and I just want to know how to deal with it if it happens in a public place.
My parents also don’t believe that they are real panic attacks. Please help?
