Anyone who has experienced a panic attack have at one point in their lives said “Help! I am having a panic attack.” You understand that sometimes people will be experiencing a panic attack however they do not even understand what is happening to their body. Of course some of these symptoms will vary on each person. Many people do not believe that they will ever experience a panic attack; however at least 1/3 of americans experience panic attacks. That number will most likely continue to increase because of society. We live in a society that is filled with stress; and when you put enough stress on your body, it will not function the way it was meant to.

So how can you make sure you never have to say “Help I am having a panic attack.” You can begin by following some of the steps below:

1. Learn how to control stress.

2. Spend some time relaxing, using meditation

3. Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day

4. Eat Properly

These steps to control a panic attack make sense and seem easy to do; however with our society being in such a rush everyday many people do not follow these steps. We put too much pressure on ourselves and expect to do too much in any given day. If you are currently experiencing panic attacks and have attempted to get rid of them through drugs or hypnosis then you understand that most of the time these are only temporary solutions.
