		<description>@jgoth08 The raw fish kind can be, but the kind I get has imitation crab salad in it, it&#039;s rice, and a seaweed wrap. Dried green like paper made from seaweed. Which has a tangy taste, very good. With a bunch of rice that has a bit of vinegar plus cornsyrup mixed in. You can buy a bottle of sushi type vinegar that has cornsyrup in it. You mix it into sushi grade rice after it&#039;s been boiled until it gets a sticky texture to it. You spread some on the sushi paper while its hot.</description>

When your heart flutters or gets out of rhythm, passing out resets it to the normal pace...not all the time of course but it has happened and is very common and normal too. It&#039;s good to hear your panic attacks are under control now...they SUCK!!</description>

Being alone in our heads can be a bad neighborhood sometimes.  I release my resists with doing artwork.  You are amazing Lilou and you will find your place of balance. DON&quot;T forget to have FUN.
