<p>I have a an obcessive need for my hands to be clean. I mean I wash them a couple of times an hour and after every pizza I make at work (which is can be up to 30 or 40) because I cant stand the feeling of anything on my hands. And if I dont its all I think about. </p>
<p>I obcess about my scalp. It has to be clean to&#8230;and if it itches I rub it raw&#8230;</p>
<p>Things must be in straight lines and in descending order.</p>
<p>I have to be doing something or watching something all the time or I go nuts.</p>
<p>What do you think?<br />

<p>I thought, i meant just rapid heart beat&#8230;..well, come to find out, its skipped beats, flutters, temporart irregular rythem&#8230;.</p>
<p>now, some 8 monthes later, i FINALLY notice the palpitations, i did not notice before. </p>
<p>WHAT A HORRIBLE THING&#8230;..i had no idea thats what they were talking about, and worse yet&#8230;i just have to &#8216;deal with it&#8217;. because all the medical people say its definitly not serious at all.</p>
<p>basically, anyone else who has this disorder ever have these &#8216;skipped beats&#8217; or palpitations? just looking for someone to relate with.<br />

<div><em><strong>Donkey</strong> asked: </em><br/><br/>I am wondering if I have an <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/recommends/anxietyfreetoday" style="color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='anxiety';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">anxiety</a> disorder, and it I can get better withouht a doctor or meds.</p>
<p>I am considered a worrier. I cannot shut off my brain! Sometimes I can&#8217;t sleep, other times I jsut obsess over stuff. I always want to be in control and I worry about stuff I have absolutely NO control over&#8230;.I also worry about stupid stuff. Like when my husband leaves for work I worry that he might get into a car accident and die. When we are out on our motorcycle, I worry about crashing and getting hurt. I even picture it in my head. When we were on our honeymoon I was convinced the plane was going to crash.</p>
<p>The worst thing is I get physical symptoms too. I have headaches almost every day. My neck and back hurt. Whenever something is wrong, I get totally absorbed in it. Right now I am having TMJ problmes that my doctor says came from <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/recommends/TranquilStressRelief" style="color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='stress';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">stress</a>, but I cannot relax. It&#8217;s one big cycle that sucks! The <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/recommends/TranquilStressRelief" style="color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='stress';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">stress</a> is internal (not from job, etc) I don&#8217;t know where to start. Help!<br />

My husband makes great pay, so his income has been enough. It&#8217;s not any longer and I need to find work. However, I&#8217;m scared to death at the thought of leaving the house on a regular schedule and being away from my daughter for eight hours a day, and am terrified I&#8217;ll end up under the control of the anxiety again. Added to that is the fact that I have no college or formal training, and suddenly work seems an impossible mountain. </p>
<p>Does anyone have any advice and/or experience in this area?<br />
Should have made this clear originally; I AM on meds and they are working well. Also, am in therapy with a great professional who&#8217;s helped worked wonders. I am definitely in treatment, am just afraid of getting that &#8220;sick&#8221; again.<br />

<div><em><strong>Kiasami</strong> asked: </em><br/><br/>I recently found out that my brother-in-law has a type of <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/recommends/anxietyfreetoday" style="color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='anxiety';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">anxiety</a> disorder. What happens is his <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/recommends/anxietyfreetoday" style="color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='anxiety';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">anxiety</a> builds up throughout the night and then some sort event that he finds slightly irritable sets him off. He will go in a fit of rage where he yells at the person that did the annoying deed. It isn&#8217;t a simple &#8220;I&#8217;m mad at you&#8221; kind of thing, but rather, he gets extremely angry like someone tried to hit him with a baseball bat when all they did is something like accidently dropping a video game case. This happens every. single. day.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve tried asking my sister (his wife) about the <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/recommends/anxietyfreetoday" style="color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='anxiety';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">anxiety</a> disorder, but the issue is extremely sensitive because she has to put up with that every day. According to her, what he has can only be handled with medication&#8211;which he refuses. </p>
<p>What I would like to know is, Can anyone tell me what type of <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/recommends/anxietyfreetoday" style="color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='anxiety';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">anxiety</a> disorder this is? Or is it just plain <a href="http://www.panicattackcures.com/recommends/anxietyfreetoday" style="color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;color:#0000FF;font-weight:bold;font-style:italic;" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='anxiety';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">anxiety</a> that builds up for him, and he releases it through anger?<br />
